1.  These are Kids
2.  Kids abilities range from 1st time players to veterans on every team
3.  Coaches Volunteer and set the example for players
4.  Umpires are Human
5.  This is not the World Series
6.  This is not the actual Reds/Indians/(Insert name here)  team playing

EVALUATION & SKILLS MAKEUP DAY

A Make up Evaluation day is held 2 days before our regular Registration Day on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. - Check in at concession stand.  All age groups.  We will likely use Field 1.

That's right, two days BEFORE scheduled evaluations above, we will evaluate baseball and softball players who are unable to be present that weekend for regular evaluations.  Meet at concession stand.

Commissioners for each age division will need to be present to evaluate players for their age division and are responsible for having help on hand.

FOR ALL DIVISIONS

All players need to participate this day at the Athens West State Street baseball fields.
Player and parent/guardian attendance is mandatory. This day will be the basis of determining teams.

Players need a glove and a bat (if they have one). Players participate in throwing, fielding and batting.

This is usually done outside!  Sometimes there is light rain or even snow.  Plan on evaluations taking place.  Players should dress for the weather conditions.

If weather is a problem, times may be pushed back.  Cancellation is a last resort. If cancelled due to weather, cancellations will be made at the fields.  If cancelled for the day, it will be held the following day at the same times.
