Equipment should be turned
in after your
last game of the season. This is after your
last game during tournament play. Gear can
be turned into your age groups' commissioner. Please
put your team name, coach's name & phone
number on a 8 1/2 x 11
piece of paper in the equipment bag.
Commissioners are responsible for
collecting equipment by the coaches.
Equipment is checked,
inventoried and replaced/repaired during
the off season. If you have
any equipment please turn it in. Coaches
for 7th and 8th grade please collect your uniforms
and turn them in as well to a Board
Member.
Baseballs are to be turned
in as well. Game balls that were used the previous year become practice
balls for the next year. Practice balls are
issued with equipment. Unused game balls are
used the next year. Place them in
the equipment bag when turning equipment in.
Any coach with equipment
from the prior season can drop it off at Stop-n-Cop Drive
Thru, 362 Richland Ave, Athens, Ohio. Then buy a Coke
and make Kevin's
day.
